Laura Moore Aesthetics is a safe, judgment free space. In order to schedule/reserve an appointment as a New Client, you are required to input your credit or debit card information. PLEASE NOTE: your card will not be charged for reserving an appointment. Please DO NOT text, call or email asking to bypass this step. Your card is REQUIRED to be on file per studio policy. You will be required to read through, complete and sign a New Client Medical History Form and a New Client Informed Consent Form. All returning clients (If there has been a change to your Medical History, i.e. new medication/condition) will be required to read, complete and sign a Updated Medical History form.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. An implemented 5-minute grace period has been added to all appointments. If you know the grace period is not enough time for you to make your appointment, please reschedule for a different day and time. ** Please note, appointments canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged a cancelation fee.**
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING: A 24 hour noticed is REQUIRED to cancel and or reschedule an appointment. Missed and last minute appointment cancelations affect our ability to fill the time slot you reserved with another client.
**Cancellation Fee: 50% of the cost of services scheduled for the cancelled appointment.**
No Call/No Shows: If you fail to call or show up for your appointment, the Cancellation Fee* will be charged to the card on file. ** You will not be allowed to reserve future appointments.**
